Also, I found out that I really liked the English language, the simpler grammar compared to High German as we like to call it in Switzerland. I found that I can express myself much better, more precisely as English has so many words for almost the same meaning, so you can choose and pick one that exactly describes what you want to say. Whereas in German I felt I always need to write a full novel to explain a simple thing very specifically.
